SmartDealMind Terms of Service

1. Description of Services

We provide real-time SMS and email alerts for exclusive tech deals (BFMR), credit card bonus miles tracking, and flight booking optimization (Seats.aero). We integrate with Supabase, Twilio, and other providers.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ to use SmartDealMind. By registering you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

Accounts are created via Google OAuth. You’re responsible for maintaining your credentials and notifying us of unauthorized use at support@smartdealmind.com.

4. SMS Alerts

By subscribing, you consent to recurring SMS alerts (≈1–5/week). Reply STOP to opt out. Standard rates may apply. Re-subscribe at smartdealmind.com/subscribe.

5. User Conduct

• No hacking, reverse-engineering, or interfering with our services.
• No sharing of account credentials.
• No spam or unauthorized communications via our platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and technology are owned by SmartDealMind or licensors. You may not reproduce without permission.

7. Third-Party Services

We rely on BFMR, Seats.aero, Supabase, Twilio, etc. You agree to their terms and acknowledge we’re not responsible for their practices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as-is.” We don’t guarantee accuracy of deals or uninterrupted service.

9. Limitation of Liability

SmartDealMind’s liability is limited to $100. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, missed deals).

10. Termination

You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, and data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by New York State law. Disputes will be resolved in New York County courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We’ll notify you 30 days before major changes. Continued use means acceptance.
